Extension of Application Deadline – Protection Monitoring Officer

Civil Rights Program – Kosovo (CRP/K) is extending the deadline for applications for the position of Protection Monitoring Officer until 15 July 2025.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and reporting on developments related to returnees and internally displaced persons;
  • Supporting municipal officials during the process of monitoring and registering returnees;
  • Advocating for equal access to rights and services for the affected groups;
  • Participating in meetings and institutional mechanisms at the local and central level related to procedures and policies for sustainable return support;
  • Enhancing inter-institutional cooperation through engagement in joint activities.
  • Produce comprehensive reports on bi-annual and ad-hoc basis.
  • Supports the activities of the organization in any other aspect that is required;
  • Performs other duties as required by the Executive Director.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • University Degree, preferable in Law or Social Science;
  • Experience in implementation of projects in the area of migration, human rights and return/reintegration;
  • Excellent knowledge of English language and other local languages;
  • Computer skills including Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel;
  • High flexibility and ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Valid driving license.

The duration of the project is one year, and the contract will start on 01 August 2025 and expire on December 31st 2025, with the possibility of extension.

The position requires initiative, professional attitude, co-operation skills and the willingness to work in a multi-ethnic environment.
