In close cooperation with the UNHCR Office of the Chief of Mission, the Civil Rights Program Kosovo (CRP/K) has conducted a one-day session with the members of National Commission for Refugees and Department of Citizenship, Asylum and Migration (DCAM).
Constructive discussions were aimed at strengthening the cooperation as well as address challenges that decision making instances face during assessing asylum claims. The legal framework gaps were analyzed and certain cases from legal practices were introduced and elaborated aimed at strengthening the efficiency of the legal protection institutions during refugee status determination procedure.
