Civil Rights Program in Kosovo (CRP/K)


The Civil Rights Project Kosovo (CRP/K) is human rights based NGO and UNHCR implementing partner in legal assistance programs. CRP/K addresses legal issues related to refugees, asylum seekers, persons at risk of statelessness, IDPs, returnees and other vulnerable categories of Kosovo population. For our office in Pristina, weare seekingsuitable candidates for the following vacant position



IT/LogisticsOfficer (1  position)


Duty station: HQ Pristina


The following conditions are required:


  1. University degree in IT or in relevant field desired
  2. Adequate experience in the field of IT
  3. Fluency in written and spoken English
  4. Ability to work independently in assigned field
  5. Valid driving license.



2. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  1. Maintain the network and workstation based on respective platform and NT.

2.      Administer the Files, Share, Print and Proxy Server, respective platform Server and ISA Server, Users and User Groups policies at a Domain level.

3.      Provide Helpdesk Support for users in all CRP/K’s offices

4.      Mainten and schedule backup of data and CRP/K database as per monthly and daily schedule scheme.

  1. Maintain constant monitoring and contact with the Internet and Mail Service provider for efficient functioning and inform users for any service break downs.
  2. Seek and consult CRP/K management staff for IT equipment or service update.
  3. Keep IT inventory list updated and submit the updated list to Administrative Officer.
  4. Training of CRP/K staff members in IT products as per what necessary.
  5. Perform logistic tasks for the needs of CRP/K, including purchase of various stuff, technical preparation of various events (seminars, workshops, etc.), maintenance of vehicles, and other required similar tasks for implementation of activities.
  6. Any other tasks as instructed by Executive Director & FAM
